The meeting Oct17-18 in NYC was a great success, with experts in attendance from 5 continents representing Neurology, Neurosurgery, Radiology, and Anesthesiology.

Bridging the Gap
The Fourth Annual Spinal CSF Leak: Bridging the Gap Conference returns November 14–15, 2026, bringing together patients, physicians, researchers, caregivers, and experts from around the world for two days of education, discussion, and connection.
Presented by Dr. Andrew Callen and the University of Colorado Anschutz and sponsored by the Spinal CSF Leak Foundation, Spinal CSF Leak: Bridging the Gap is designed to bring diverse perspectives together and advance understanding of spinal CSF leak. This year’s theme is: “From Puzzle Pieces to Patterns”
Over two days, patients, physicians, researchers, caregivers, and experts from around the world will come together to explore the evolving understanding of spinal CSF leak. Over two days, we’ll explore the cases, research, clinical observations, and patient experiences that continue to deepen what we know about this condition. As those pieces come together, they can help us recognize emerging patterns, identify remaining gaps, and better understand the questions that still need to be answered. Patient perspectives are an integral part of Bridging the Gap, with lived experience represented throughout the program alongside clinical expertise and research. The conference will be offered as a hybrid event, with opportunities to attend in person in Aurora, Colorado or participate virtually from anywhere in the world.
Medical professionals may choose from in-person registration with CME, in-person registration without CME, or virtual attendance, with ticket pricing available for each option.
